The JCB Music Player Pro application along with jcbplayer.com were built as a Commercial service. This SERVICE is provided by Cody Broomfield and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform website visitors, and potential app users regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Services, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to audio files such as .mp3, .wma, .m4a, .flac, as well as photo files such as .jpg, .png. In accordance with any current, and/or future promotion, we may ask you to provide an email address to deliver Product Keys which enable you to download JCB Music Player Pro for free, which would otherwise be $2.99 plus applicable taxes in the Store. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you agree to allow us to store your email address in a database for the purpose of record keeping of promotions and giveaways; as well as the purpose of providing support should some service we provide fail in any way. We will not share this information with any 3rd party services or vendors.
The app does NOT use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Service Providers
I do not currently employ third-party companies to access, manage, or read your data. All data accessed by the app will remain within the installation directory of the app.
Security
I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
